There are two different ways on how I learn. The first way is used much more in school. The first way I "learn" is just by simply listening, taking notes, and consistently asking questions. The other way I learn is by research. Reading articles, studying notes, having conversations where I repeat all my knowledge about the topic. When I utilize these "methods" of learning, I don't have any problems learning/remembering new information. Now, I don't necessarily have a routine for organizing my school stuff, I just go home and do any homework I was assigned to do. I don't manage my time either, I just go to sleep at a reasonable hour and wake up early enough for school. I suppose my lack for routine and time organization comes from not having a busy schedule.

I think that Montaigne presents his interests very clearly and that's what it's about. Something stuck out to me that made me think; "One learns dancing by dancing; one learns to play the  lute by playing the lute. " I realized, one doesn't just start dancing to learn, they have to have a passion or interest in dancing as well. One doesn't just play a lute to learn how to play, they need to be interested in everything 'lute-related'. So really, it's not the system that helps you learn, it's really if you want to learn at all.

The Socratic Method fully allows myself and others to speak their mind in an unconventional state. Basically, it's like having a conversation with 30 other people. I've only ever been involved in 2 Socratic Seminars, but the first one was in junior high, so i didn't spend 15 minutes analyzing my lifes goals. I would participate in another seminar if asked again.
